Chaz is a 2017 “Revolutionary in Residence” at Colonial Williamsburg, VA and commissioned to write full-length play on Juan de Miralles, America’s 1st Spanish ambassador. He is recurring as “Vicente Cruz” in Netflix’s new, hit show, Bloodline. His nationally televised, one-person play Yo Solo… , was distributed by PBS from 2012-14. It won the Freedom Foundation’s “George Washington Honor Medal for Media” and official, Congressional Recognition in 2014.
He recently co-starred opposite Kyle Chandler on Sony/Netflix’s Bloodline. Chaz divides his time between New York and Florida. He is a published poet in some leading poetry journals around the country and has written four, 1-person shows that he performs at any given time. Along with Vanguardia Films, Chaz produces independent feature film shot in Puerto Rico, mainly. He is most proud of his 21-year marriage to Ileana Musa Mena and his daughter, Anabella Mena.
